Registration for the Suicide Awareness Conference Simcoe/Muskoka on April 16, 2025, is now open. Join us for a day of learning, connection and hope. Hear our incredible keynote speaker Waubgeshig Rice and take in the rest of the day’s amazing lineup.
This in-person event at Casino Rama Resort will raise awareness about suicide prevention and mental health. Conference registration includes keynote address, choice of morning and afternoon workshops, panel discussion, closing session, buffet lunch and snacks and attendance certificate.
Come together with like-minded individuals to discuss important topics, hear inspiring speakers, and participate in interactive workshops. Let's work towards breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and supporting those in need. See you there!

The Simcoe County Greenbelt Coalition (SCGC) in partnership with engaging residents of oro-medonte (erom) is holding an interactive afternoon event to discuss water security, local biodiversity and our ecosystems in respect to the Oro Moraine. Share your issues and concerns, then mark a map to identify places that have a personal, community or historical significance as it relates to those issues. Your input is vital to future discussions with our municipality and the province.
